Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (ecom@sveaverken.com).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and European countries. Stay tuned for shipping to other countries to open.

Shipping Cost

All items on the sveav.com website are free shipping and tax included.

Order Change of Address

Before your order is shipped, you can change your address for free by contacting customer service.

After the order is shipped, if you need to change your address, customer service will help you coordinate the process, but we cannot guarantee you that the change of address will be successful. In addition, if the process of changing the address generates additional handling fees, the customer will have to bear them.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Damages

sveav.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us immediately by email with evidence (photos or audio) within 7 business days at ecom@sveaverken.com
